Contact PlainRouter about product access, a developer integration, billing, security, privacy, or responsible disclosure. PlainRouter is built and operated by Wudaku Oy in Helsinki, Finland. We route each message to the person responsible for the subject and reply with the next useful step rather than an automated sales sequence.

## Email

Email `hello@plainrouter.com`. Please do not include passwords, API secrets, access tokens, raw customer identifiers, or production event payloads.

## Product and design partnerships

Tell us which Meta accounts your team operates, how you collect first-party conversion events, and where campaign work becomes slow or hard to verify. We can discuss fit, onboarding, pricing, and the controls required before connecting an account.

## Security and privacy

Send questions about data handling, subprocessors, account deletion, incident reporting, consent behavior, provider credentials, or responsible disclosure. We acknowledge legitimate security reports promptly and prioritize them by potential customer impact.

## Developer support

For API, OAuth, webhook, OpenAPI, or MCP questions, include the public endpoint, HTTP status, request ID when available, and a redacted example. Keeping authentication material out of the message lets us troubleshoot without creating a new exposure.
