# Hyros alternatives: pricing, setup and fit

Hyros alternatives are tools that connect advertising activity with sales outside the ad platform's own report. Choose Plainrouter if you mainly run Meta ads and want your own count of arrivals, conversions, purchases and revenue beside Meta's figures, with self-serve signup rather than a sales call.

Choose a broader attribution product if your decision depends on Google, TikTok, phone calls or credit across several marketing channels. For a coach or course creator, the first question is where the sale is confirmed: a website checkout, a payment link or a call that closes later.

## Key facts

Hyros's current pricing page offers a revenue-based quote on a setup call rather than a public monthly amount. [Hyros pricing](<https://hyros.com/pricing-ai-tracking>), checked October 29, 2026.

Cometly currently markets its attribution platform to B2B SaaS companies, quotes prices by pageview usage and explicitly offers no free trial. [Cometly pricing](<https://www.cometly.com/pricing>), checked October 29, 2026.

Plainrouter counts independently of Meta and keeps its count beside Meta's report without adjusting either to match. [Plainrouter Signals](</product/signals>), checked October 29, 2026.

Plainrouter offers self-serve signup, free counting on every plan and a free plan when the previous month's Meta ad spend is under €300. [Plainrouter pricing](</pricing>), checked October 29, 2026.

Published by Plainrouter, which is included below. We have not used the competing products. This is a comparison of their published documentation and buying terms, not a hands-on review or a test of tracking accuracy.

## Which Hyros alternative fits your business?

Start with the business you run and the decision you need to make. A store attribution dashboard, a B2B sales-pipeline system and an independent Meta count solve different problems.

| Option | Fit to consider | Price and buying path | Ad platforms | Measurement approach |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Hyros, the baseline | Funnels spanning checkouts, courses and calls | Custom revenue-based quote; setup call | Meta, Google, TikTok and others | Tracks and attributes sales across connected sources |
| Plainrouter | Meta-focused teams wanting their own count | Self-serve; free under €300 previous-month ad spend; paid bands from €19 | Meta only | Counted arrivals and earned conversions beside Meta's reported figures |
| Triple Whale | Ecommerce teams wanting store and channel reporting | Self-serve Free; paid Foundation and Automate require a walkthrough; no paid amount published | Meta, Google, TikTok and others | Triple Pixel; first/last-click on Free, multi-touch on Foundation |
| wetracked.io | Supported stores wanting collection and conversion forwarding | Starter $49/month for up to 500 orders; 14-day trial | Meta, Google, TikTok and others | First-party tracking, enrichment and event forwarding |
| ThoughtMetric | Ecommerce teams comparing credit across channels | From $99/month for 50,000 pageviews; 14-day trial | Meta, Google, TikTok and others | Five attribution models and customer surveys |
| Cometly | B2B SaaS teams connecting acquisition with sales outcomes | Sales-led Core and Enterprise quotes; no free trial | Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and others | Pixel/server events, account journeys and multiple attribution models |

## Why consider switching from Hyros?

Compare the buying process, total price and setup responsibility against your actual requirements. Those are reasons to evaluate alternatives, not evidence that Hyros is unsuitable or that another tool will find more sales.

Hyros's current offer includes a setup team and an account AI analyst. Its integration list includes Meta, Google and TikTok alongside tools such as Kajabi, Teachable, Stripe and Calendly. That breadth can matter when someone buys a course after several interactions or a call. [Hyros pricing](<https://hyros.com/pricing-ai-tracking>) and [integrations](<https://hyros.com/integrations>), checked October 29, 2026.

A guided setup may be what you want. If you instead want to open an account yourself, see the price before talking to anyone and focus on Meta, use those as explicit shortlist criteria. Do not replace a working call or checkout connection with a tool that cannot receive the sale you need to measure.

## What does Hyros cost today?

Hyros's current pricing page does not publish a monthly price. It says the quote follows the revenue Hyros tracks for your business and is provided on a setup call. We therefore do not treat old prices in comparison articles as today's offer. [Current Hyros pricing](<https://hyros.com/pricing-ai-tracking>), checked October 29, 2026.

Ask for the quoted amount, billing period, commitment, setup work and cancellation terms in writing. A monthly-looking figure is not enough to establish whether the agreement itself is monthly. We did not verify a current public self-serve trial offer for Hyros; a guarantee is not the same thing as a free trial.

## 1\. Plainrouter: a self-serve count beside Meta

Choose Plainrouter when your main question is what reached your site and converted, compared with what Meta reports. Plainrouter is a Meta ads platform, not an AI model or LLM router.

Plainrouter counts site arrivals, conversions, purchases and revenue independently of Meta. It shows counted arrivals beside Meta's outbound clicks, and earned conversions with cost per earned conversion beside Meta's reported results. Neither side is adjusted to match the other; each explains how it is counted. Consent rates and scans for cookies set before consent help you inspect collection alongside those numbers. [Plainrouter Signals](</product/signals>).

Signup is self-serve, with no sales call. The plan is free when the previous month's Meta ad spend is under €300. Above that, flat monthly bands run from €19 to €799, with custom pricing over €100,000 in monthly ad spend. Counting is free on every plan, and arrivals are never billed or capped. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. [Pricing and cancellation](</pricing>), checked October 29, 2026.

Plainrouter fits a coach, course creator, small agency or store running mainly Meta ads when its sale-confirmation path can supply the measurement it needs. It is not a substitute for Google or TikTok reporting, call tracking or attribution across many channels. Do not assume it has a native connection to every course platform because another product lists one.

## 2\. Triple Whale: ecommerce reporting across channels

Consider Triple Whale when the store is the center of your measurement and you need several advertising channels together. Its integration directory lists Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, plus Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other advertising connections. [Triple Whale integrations](<https://www.triplewhale.com/our-integrations>), checked October 29, 2026.

Its current Free plan includes Triple Pixel with first- and last-click attribution. Foundation adds multi-touch attribution, while paid Foundation and Automate lead to a walkthrough rather than a published amount. The free signup is available without a credit card. Confirm the paid price and required features rather than assuming an older published starting price still applies. [Triple Whale pricing](<https://www.triplewhale.com/pricing>), checked October 29, 2026.

This is a store-oriented shortlist choice. Verify how your actual checkout feeds it before treating it as a replacement for a coaching funnel that closes on calls.

## 3\. wetracked.io: store events and conversion forwarding

Consider wetracked.io when you run a supported storefront and want first-party tracking and enriched conversion events sent to your advertising platforms. Its published workflow connects a store, collects visits and sales, enriches events and forwards them. Listed connections include Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and X. [wetracked.io workflow and supported platforms](<https://www.wetracked.io/>), checked October 29, 2026.

Starter is $49/month for up to 500 orders per month and three stores; the site offers a 14-day free trial. The pricing unit is orders, not your advertising spend. Check the next order tier and your exact storefront before comparing its monthly bill with a spend-based plan. [wetracked.io pricing](<https://www.wetracked.io/pricing>), checked October 29, 2026.

We have not tested its accuracy claims. Forwarding a conversion event and proving which ad caused a sale are different questions.

## 4\. ThoughtMetric: ecommerce attribution models

Consider ThoughtMetric if you want to examine how sales credit changes across marketing channels. It lists Meta, TikTok and Pinterest advertising, Google and Bing search ads, and email, SMS and other sources. Its models include first touch, last touch, linear paid, position based and multi-touch. [ThoughtMetric attribution](<https://thoughtmetric.io/marketing-attribution>), checked October 29, 2026.

The live pricing interface starts at $99/month and offers a 14-day trial. ThoughtMetric's subscription explanation identifies the starting allowance as 50,000 monthly pageviews, with every feature included; pageviews determine the plan. [ThoughtMetric pricing](<https://thoughtmetric.io/pricing>) and [subscription scope](<https://thoughtmetric.io/blog/what-is-included-in-a-thoughtmetric-subscription>), checked October 29, 2026. The subscription article was published December 15, 2025.

This fits a multi-channel ecommerce question. An attribution model assigns credit under its rules; it does not by itself demonstrate that the advertising created additional sales.

## 5\. Cometly: a sales-led B2B SaaS choice

Cometly's current positioning is B2B SaaS attribution, connecting marketing activity with pipeline and closed-won revenue. Its attribution product lets teams compare models and lookback windows. [Cometly's current focus](<https://www.cometly.com/>) and [attribution models](<https://www.cometly.com/platform/attribution>), checked October 29, 2026.

Core and Enterprise are quoted around monthly pageviews. The pricing page lists Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit and Snapchat connections, monthly or annual billing, and no free trial. It directs buyers to sales and onboarding rather than an immediate trial. [Cometly pricing](<https://www.cometly.com/pricing>), checked October 29, 2026.

Consider it when you want that B2B sales-pipeline scope and guided buying process. If your requirement is a self-serve tool for a Meta-led coaching or course business, its current offer is not aimed at that purchase.

## How should a coach or course creator track Facebook ad sales?

Start with the confirmed sale, then check which advertising interactions you can actually connect to it. A lead form, a booked call and a paid course order are different outcomes; a low cost per lead does not establish a low cost per customer.

1. Identify where payment is confirmed. Include off-site checkouts and sales that close after calls; do not rely on a browser thank-you page for every payment path.
1. Define what counts as a sale. Keep deposits, installments, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds explicit rather than adding unlike amounts together.
1. Check the connection before choosing the tracker. Ask whether your checkout or CRM can supply the necessary record and whether the tool supports that route.
1. Keep your count beside Meta's result. Use the same period, timezone and currency, and retain each side's definition instead of forcing the totals to agree.
1. Judge paid outcomes as well as leads. A click, arrival or enquiry is useful evidence, but none is itself a customer.

If you mostly buy Meta ads and can supply the relevant conversion and purchase records, start with your own count through Plainrouter. If phone calls or several channels determine the buying decision, choose a product that explicitly supports those requirements. A disagreement between two totals is a reason to investigate, not proof that one tool is wrong or that an ad caused the sale. See [Meta incremental attribution](</library/meta-incremental-attribution>) for that separate causal question.

## What should you check before moving?

Ask these questions before disconnecting the current tool:

- Can the replacement receive the sale from your actual checkout, CRM or call workflow?
- Is the price based on orders, pageviews, tracked revenue or ad spend, and what moves you into the next band?
- Which parts of setup are self-serve, which need implementation work and which need a sales or onboarding call?
- Does the report count observed events, assign attribution credit or estimate incremental impact? Which windows and consent rules apply?
- Can you inspect a missing or duplicated purchase without sending it to Meta twice?
- If the product can change ads, who approves a budget increase and where is the decision recorded?

For Plainrouter, Ask mode holds every change for a person. Full can automatically run pauses, budget decreases, ad activation, image uploads and paused ad copies without a budget once they pass policy. Budget increases, campaign or ad-set creation, ad-set duplication and campaign or ad-set resumes still need a person. [Actions and approval controls](</product/actions>).

For competitors, approval behavior is not established by the presence of AI or attribution features. We have not verified equivalent approval controls for every option here; ask for the specific behavior rather than reading “not verified” as “absent”.

Plan which integration owns each purchase-event path before switching. Avoid leaving the old and replacement senders active for the same path, and preserve the shared event identity for browser/server copies where required. Our [Meta event deduplication guide](</library/meta-event-id-deduplication>) explains that part of the switch.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which Hyros alternative should I choose for Meta ads?

Choose Plainrouter when you want a self-serve Meta ads platform with your own count beside Meta's figures. Choose a broader product when you need call tracking, Google or TikTok coverage, or multi-channel attribution; confirm the exact checkout connection before moving.

### Is there a free Hyros alternative?

Plainrouter is free when the previous month's Meta ad spend is under €300, with counting free on every plan and arrivals never billed or capped. Triple Whale also publishes a Free plan, with a different ecommerce reporting scope. A free plan and a time-limited trial are different offers.

### What is Cometly's pricing now?

Cometly currently quotes Core and Enterprise around pageview usage rather than publishing a monthly amount. Its pricing page offers no free trial and describes a B2B SaaS product; see the dated Cometly entry above for the source.

### Is this a hands-on Hyros review?

No. We checked public pricing, documentation and buying paths but have not used the competing products. The guide makes no comparative accuracy, recovered-revenue or performance claim.

### Will another tracker prove which Facebook ad caused a sale?

A recorded sale, an attributed sale and an incremental sale answer different questions. Check what the tracker observes and how it assigns credit; an independent count alone does not prove that advertising caused the purchase.

If the Meta-only scope fits, [create a Plainrouter account](</register>) and follow the measurement setup. Use [Signals](</product/signals>) to review the collection and comparison workflow before replacing a working connection.
