Plainrouter uses flat monthly EUR pricing bands based on the previous calendar month’s observed platform ad spend, billed in arrears. Each band includes an arrival allowance. See the pricing page for the complete table.

What does the Free band include?

The Free band has a €0 base price for observed monthly ad spend below €300 and includes 2,000 arrivals. The published overage rate is €1 per additional block of 5,000 arrivals, with a partial block counted as a full block. A €0 base price does not mean unlimited arrivals. Your pricing table is pinned when your first paying invoice is reserved and stays pinned. Creating an account alone does not pin the pricing table.

What counts toward usage?

Billing counts observed arrivals regardless of consent basis and excludes traffic classified as invalid. Conversion events do not count toward the arrival allowance. Observed platform ad spend is spend reported by connected ad-platform accounts. Missing spend or currency evidence is unavailable rather than assumed to be zero. One ad account’s observed spend is attributed to at most one workspace; connecting it to multiple destinations does not multiply that spend.

How do I complete checkout?

When the dashboard shows Billing checkout required, the workspace has a reserved paid billing band that needs a subscription.

Open the workspace dashboard

Sign in as the team owner and select the intended workspace. Check the billing month and band shown in the notice.

Confirm your company or team name

Enter a non-blank Company or team name. Plainrouter saves this name for billing; it appears on invoices.

Continue to Stripe Checkout

Select Continue to checkout and complete the hosted checkout. Plainrouter returns you to the dashboard afterward.

Check the billing state

A workspace covered by an active subscription item no longer shows the checkout notice. If the team already has a subscription but this workspace is awaiting its next synchronization, the dashboard says that the workspace will join the team’s plan at the next synchronization.
Renaming the team also updates its existing Stripe customer details after the name is saved. If Stripe is temporarily unavailable, the saved team name is preserved.

Why can’t I start checkout?

  • If the dashboard asks a team owner to complete checkout, switch to the owner account.
  • A blank company or team name must be corrected before continuing.
  • A workspace with no reserved paid line does not receive this checkout action. Free, Contact, and manually handled billing lines are outside this self-serve paid-band flow.
  • If the team already has an active subscription, wait for the workspace synchronization shown in the dashboard instead of creating another subscription.
The dashboard’s charts are labeled Dashboard preview · Sample data. Those charts are not billing evidence; use the separate billing notice for checkout status and Signals for real website activity. To measure purchases paid by your own customers, configure Stripe verified revenue separately.
